This documentary follows the rise and fall of Troy Duffy, a Bostonian bartender who makes an astonishing, life-changing deal with Miramax Films. Miramax is so impressed with Troy’s screenplay, The Boondock Saints, that they offer Troy the chance to direct the film with a huge budget and create its soundtrack using music performed by his band.
