...with regard to the Phi Beta Kappa rumpus. which happened in Boston several years ago, and which in reality was only a harmless affair. We heartily hope that such is the case and that the Pennsylvanian students have not lowered the credit of their Alma Mater by any such display of boyishness and thoughtlessness.
