Prof. Jackson's lecture on "Spectrum Analysis" last evening was well attended by men taking chemistry courses. The lecture was very entertaining, and was listened to throughout with great interest. Prof. Jackson illustrated his subject with a large number of stereopticon views and quite a display of apparatus. We have noticed lately, we are sorry to say, that a spirit of indifference as to the welfare and success of the crew has pervaded its members.
