She has not only had a voice in the creation and implementation of everything we do but has also led more than a few initiatives. She has done the work of at least two employees, all the while being active in Mission Hill and The Seneca, completing her College education, and winning the Harvard College Women’s Leadership Award. ...alumni network is obviously economically beneficial for the college because good relations with alumni presumably lead to more donations, but there are also many other benefits Harvard students receive from our alumni network. Anyone who has done e-recruiting will attest that one of the pieces of information given in a job description is whether or not the campus recruiter is a Harvard alum.
