Your scoring and rebounding were at career lows last season. What do you say to people who doubt you're still a threat? The day I stopped worrying about my stats was the day I started winning. Everyone is still going to double- and triple-team me, and when they do that, I just make my guys better. One of my rookies asked me [after a preseason game against Houston], "Damn, Yao Ming is 7 ft. 6 in., and they double you?" I said, "Yeah, that's cause...

...exaggerations is two-fold: Not only does it lead to one-upmanship (my description of last night’s party is more ridiculous than yours), but also causes us to second-guess the stories of others. We’ve become accustomed to lies, thus used to expressing doubt, and subsequently we have a need to legitimize our own tales and earn credibility for our own anecdotes – enter the ubiquitousness of “literally.” We hope it grounds exaggerations, convinces peers of the truth, and grants us validity among widespread hyperbole...

Now in Jigsaw's lair, Jeff must go through several torture tests to prove he can forgive those who wronged him. In an apparently unrelated "B" story, Jigsaw has kidnaped Lynn (Bahar Soomekh), a doctor, to see if she can relieve the pain of his brain tumor. For those...

...EasyShare Gallery (kodakgallery.com). You can do everything you want to do on the site with any browser you want to use, but if you have 120 pictures from your 5-megapixel camera, the easiest way to upload photos is with the blatantly named "Easy Upload for Internet Explorer." I doubt it's a case of collusion-there are other examples of this kind of bias around the Web-but it is a valid reason to keep IE7 handy, even if you plan on using Firefox 2 most of the time...
