Frank Christopher Dowd 2 M., was shot at nine o'clock last evening in Charlestown by a man named G. G. Johnson of Medford. Dowd was removed immediately to the Massachusetts General Hospital. At a late hour the authorities at the hospital reported that he was bearing up well though badly injured. He was shot in the left side, and though several attempts have been made, the doctors have not yet found the bullet...
