After the conclusion of his lectures at the University of Virginia, Dr. Eliot will deliver an address before the City Council and the public of Charlottesville on "Government by Commission," on November 13. From here he will go to Cincinnati, Ohio, and on November 16 will address the joint annual meeting of the American Civic Association and the National Municipal League on the subject "The Conservation Movement."
