...General Dragomir Milosevic, the commander of the Bosnian Serb forces around Sarajevo, said he would remove the rest of his army's heavy weapons before a NATO deadline Wednesday. Serbs have withdrawn about half of their weapons so far. From Sarajevo, Alexandra Stiglmayer reports that U.N. officials say they are pleased with the Serb compliance.
