Researchers tracked more than 126,000 subjects for 18 years and discovered that those who drank at least six cups (or 48 oz.) of caffeinated coffee a day significantly reduced their risk of diabetes--more than 50% in men and about 30% in women--compared with non--coffee drinkers.
