Another thing: I think there is injustice done in the present mode of awarding scholarships to each class separately, the average of scholarships being different in the various classes, men of equal ability and equally good records are treated differently. The one who happens to be in a dull class gets perhaps $200, while the other, whose class is superior, gets left.
