Theopold is another player who has won his place against stiff competition. The coaches seem to prefer him at present to Dunker. In spite of the ability Spalding showed during the few moments he was allowed to play on Saturday, particularly at either end of the passing department, Stafford, according to yesterday's practice, ranks ahead of him.
