...Elmira, N. Y., confessed the whole story about the kidnapping of Oliver B. Dueing, with the consent of his assistants. As a result, he, William T. Hitchcock of Youngstown, O., and W. Cook Belknap of Newburg, N. Y., were held in $1000 to the June Superior Court. Judson S. Dutcher of Ellenville, N. Y., and Samuel M.
