Died. Robert Potter Hill, 63, U. S. Representative from Oklahoma, onetime (1913-15) Representative from Illinois; of a heart attack; in Oklahoma City. Congressman Hill had been scheduled to speak at last week's meeting of the East Central Educational Association at Ada, Okla.
