For instance, there was Superkid, a foolish-looking but brave boy whose powers included flight, except for once in awhile when he faltered because he hadn't eaten enough fish. Traditionally, Chileans have looked unfavorably on fish, although many Chileans fish for a living, as they would almost have to in such a skinny country with such a long coastline.
