As long as the product weighs less than 25 lbs. and has an eBay value of at least $75, the middleman will handle everything from pricing to shipping. ...government announced its intention to slash corporate rates; in the first three months of this year alone, it dealt with 900 requests, a 77% increase in the number in the same period a year ago.
