...Edward A. McGowan '17 died at his home, 12 Day street, North Cambridge, last Sunday afternoon. McGowan was a graduate of Cambridge Latin School, and had done remarkably well in his studies during the time that he attended college. He was forced to leave, however early in the winter, when he was strike with tubercular peritonitis.
