Yale continued to threaten in the closing session and Frey and Ferguson, the bespectacled Eli center, staged some team play that kept Cumings constantly busy. With only two minutes left to play, Yale sent five men down the ice and the Crimson net guardian was subjected to a shower of shots from all angles. ...final session, Crosby, the rangy Freshman wing, started the winners on the scoring path again with two well placed drives which found the Eli net before the goal guard could set himself Stanley finished the counting for the Crimson Freshmen when he drove the rubber past Kaehrle in the middle of the last session.
