...Deutscher Verein has been rehearsing for a play to be given on May 31 at the Newtowne Club House, North Cambridge. The play, entited "Die Schulreiterein," is a farce written by Emile Pohl, in which there are five principal characters. H. B. Stanton 1900 acts the part of Engelhard; A. Sachs 1901, Cxsar; J. W. Frothingham '99, Lucie;. J. C. Fysne 1900, Otto; and F. Merrill '99, the lackey. This is the first time in a number of years that a play has been given by the Verein.
