...Englehorn, recently elected captain of the Dartmouth football team, has resigned his position and will not play football next year. The reason for his action is the discovery that he is in eligible to play under the so-called three-year rule, enforced in intercollegiate football. Englehorn played on the Washington State College football team one year previous to his entrance to Dartmouth and has since played for two years on the Dartmouth team. However, in order to combat with any results the open style of play, much attention has been given the past week to breaking up forward passes. By the return to the team of Captain Bennett and Englehorn, which is expected in a few days, the line will be made even stronger.
