...College Library has received from Mr. J. P. Morgan, Jr., '89 of London, Eng., 86 volumes of the works of Thomas Hearne, an English antiquarian of the eighteenth century. The books were published at the Shelondon Theatre in Oxford and are now rare copies. The binding of red morocco and gold adds greatly to the value of the books. One of the most interesting is the diary, which describes the events of the years from 1708 to 1735, containing many references to public men and events of that period.
