THERE will be scratch-races over the boat-house course on Saturday, May 13, at 10.30 A. M. In the four and six oared races, crews selected by the captains of the clubs from their own members will be allowed only to enter. The rowing has been very poor, and the number of fouls from the beginning to the end have been innumerable.
