Contrary to expectations the Andover eleven won rather easily. The forwards, although lighter than their opponents played a sharper, harder game and made good holes, and the interference, especially on end plays was remarkable for a school team. Quimby, Burdick, Elliot and Pierson deserve especial praise for their work.
