Would it not be of more importance to a journal like TIME, catering to people of some intelligence, to have such a simple, fundamental fact stated correctly, than to parade a lot of French kindergarten phrases, such as "c'est les fraises maudites" "tout Paris," "les dames Ameriquaines" etc.?
