Though no one can know exactly how big the bonanza might be, computers are at work printing out projections. American Express Bank esti mates that $25 oil would lift G.N.P. growth in the 24 industrial nations of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development from the 1½% currently projected for this year to 2¼%.
