Weekend flooding from a series of Pacific storms forced several hundred people from their homes in northern California. Three rivers north of San Francisco are expected to overflow again later this week. Evacuations were underway from San Francisco Bay to Eureka, 225 miles to the north. Flooding was worst this morning in the wine region: Napa County's Napa River crested at 26.5 feet this morning, while neighboring Sonoma County's Russian River hit 45 feet at one point; flood stage is 32 feet. The storms have also saturated southern California, causing more than $20 million in damage last week...
