COLLEGE papers of that class which delight their readers with articles on "Character," "Fame," and the "Whole Duty of Man," have been greatly distressed this year because our papers have given up so much space to matters relating to Memorial Hall, and the Yale papers even have failed to find interesting some of our discussions on the commons.
