University of Pennsylvania yesterday defeated Cornell in the annual football game of the two universities by the score of 12 to 11, in one of the most exciting games that has ever been played on Franklin Field. In the first half, Cornell clearly outplayed Pennsylvania, Tydenan scoring a touchdown, and Coffin kicking the goal from touchdown and a goal from placement.
