...liked "The Country Doctor" even though it does turn into a baby show at the end. The audience cannot fail to be sympathetic with the portrayal of Doctor Dafoe given by Jean Hersholt and the supporting cast is excellent throughout. The quints have emerged from the process of mass production creditably and all do as well as the ordinary baby stars...
