...writer of this morning's communication has made a good suggestion. There will doubtless be a number of college men who would want to go to the World's Fair on some such conditions as are proposed. Rates for railways and other accommodations will probably be low enough, if one only knows just where to get them. A little energetic investigating on the part of some "leading spirit" ought to bring about very satisfactory results. The plan appears well worth trying...
