Although the editorial correctly states Harvard's denial of charges that it circumvented the collective-bargaining process, it goes on to say, "This is not the first time the University has refused to bargain in good faith with the patrolmen." That sentence should have read: "If the charge is true, it would not be the first time the University has refused to bargain in good faith with the patrolmen...
