...Shooting Club will hold the first shoot of the year at the clubhouse on Soldiers Field on Tuesday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock, and shoots will then be held on every Tuesday and Friday afternoon if the weather permits. During the fall there will be several shoots for cups, some to be won at one shoot and others, such as the Novice, Bancroft and DuPont cups, to be competed for several times. ...Cercle Francais will present this fall as its annual play, "Les Folies Amoureuses," a three-act comedy in verse. by Regnard. This play was brought out for a short time in 1704, but has not since been acted. A prologue and ballet divertissement will be included in the production by the Cercle. Last spring a provisional cast was made, to familiarize the men with the French, but further competition for parts, both in the play and the prologue, is now being held. Candidates for the ballet will be called out later...
