...Andovers really deserved the victory as they outfielded and outbatted the Exeter boys. The batting of both nines was very light, Exeter getting only two hits and Andover five. The features of Exeter's game were the fly catches by Howe and Phelan, and the double play by Brown, Farrel and Lighthall.
