All the men were out, including Browne, Corbett, and Hoar, who were laid off Wednesday and the team seemed in good shape. ...University football team defeated the Carlisle Indian eleven Saturday afternoon by the score of 17 to 0. Harvard was fast and aggressive both on defence and offence, and would have scored on further occasions had it not been for penalties.
