Sebelius also released a report Thursday on proposed rate increases in six other states. And three days after launching his new Twitter feed, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs used the tool to link to news coverage about the Anthem Blue Cross kerfuffle. It raised the costs to Sudan so that the Sudanese military or the Janjaweed couldn't attack some of the refugee camps. And it led the UN to feed some of these people and avert starvation. ...feed themselves, the soldiers aimed for macaws with their slingshots. They killed borugos, a kind of Amazon rodent that looks like a cross between a squirrel and a rat and is a popular source of jungle protein.
