...subscriber to your publication, I was very much surprised to read an article in your issue under date of Jan. 30 entitled "Queen City." The whole tenor of this article was so discreditable to a reputable and valuable publication such as TIME, that I feel justified in calling your attention to it as the City Manager and Chief Executive of the City of Cincinnati.
