This is the first year that the Student Council elections will be held in the spring. Heretofore the elections have been in September or October, but the Council felt this year that a gain in efficiency would be brought about. The outgoing Council and the one to be elected this spring will work together for a certain length of time and will hold a joint dinner to which members of the Councils and Chairmen of Committees which have worked under the Council will be invited. The newly elected Council will hold its first meetings some time in April...
