When the season kicked off at the Kong last month, I felt a strange combination of amusement and trepidation. ...tenuous. There was a time when class paraphernalia was cool, or at least not uncommon. We all went to the Harvard Store during our first week to register for our free Class of `99 T-shirt; some of us even went so far as to buy the big, red felt Harvard 1999 pennant and hang it above our mantel. But where would you find such a common room today?
