There were five starters in the bicycle race, among whom was Fenner, W A., who made the record of the association last year. The men rode the first half mile with Mitchell, W. A., to set the pace, Fenner trailing him, and Kimball, R. L. S., keeping close to Fenner. At the half, however, Fenner took the lead and held it to the finish. His time was 3 m. 1 45 sec.
