...been announced by Comptroller of the Treasury Warwick that all those in the service of the Army, Navy, or Marine Corps who were discharged from service between November 11, 1918, when the armistice went into effect, and February 28, 1919, may file claims with the Auditor of the War Department for one and one-half cents a mile additional for travel expenses from the place of discharge to their homes.
