The chorus smashes back in with reckless abandon and closes in a pile up of distortion and sludge but under it all there are new subtle touches. In "Aurora," what could have degenerated into forgettable mid-tempo filler is saved by spirals of guitar work that slip away as a single chiming guitar builds to a lush conclusion. ...these performers are among the most talented in the world. Riverdance deserves its success. But I worry. See, the dancers can really only last 10-15 minutes at a time because the intensity and energy required for a particular number is excruciating. ...Palmas. This was a diabolically simple challenge (and a fair one at that)--a tortuous series of questions that required a cool blend of skill, strategy and luck.
