...Weld Seniors have been doing rather poorly of late. Their form is good and they row well together, but the crew lacks life. The Newell Juniors have a tendency to clip and they do not row well together. They are especially slow at the catch and weak on the finish. The Weld Juniors are very erratic, their work varying greatly from day to day, and their rowing being at best unsteady. This is due to the fact that they do not come up on their stretchers properly and that their blade work is poor. The Newell Sophomores are generally unsteady...
