...reinforced concrete frame of the new High Tension Laboratory is now finished. The exterior construction is to be of stone and brick. As little wood as possible will be used in the interior, so that the structure may be absolutely fireproof. The laboratory will probably be finished by next fall. The equipment is still undecided upon.
