...secret practice for the University football squad yesterday afternoon was light, though the first team substitutes had a fifteen-minute scrimmage with the second team. As this was the final practice for the first team before the West Point game tomorrow, the first squad was kept on the field only a few minutes. After the first team had been sent in, the substitutes lined up against the second team, the latter taking the ball in mid-field. A fumbled punt, several gains outside tackle, and a forward pass gave the second the ball near the substitutes' goal.
