Soi Texas) at Yaowaraj in Chinatown, he recommends Rut & Luk on the northwest corner for its "aggressively seasoned" sauce. The restaurant's specialties include tiny mollusks grilled in their shells and whole fish baked in foil with black pepper and garlic.
