So what I am advocating is that we not let ourselves get so hypnotized with the deficit, serious though it may be, that we make unwise decisions that would create what we've had in the past-temporary, quick fixes for this immediate problem. We recognize that the way out of our problem today is an improved economy. Let's continue to make every decision based on not a temporary fix but on what we believe, in this economic system of ours, will improve the economy...
