Spiro Agnew may anger some, enthrall others, but for at least one American the Vice President has been nothing less than inspirational. Songwriter Lee Morris, 49, of Surfside, Fla., whose titles include Blue Velvet and Thirsty for Your Kisses, has been moved to write the Ballad of Spiro Agnew.* The song is scheduled to be recorded on the Impudent Parasite label by Morris, who will be accompanied by a group called the Effete Snobs.
