Swamped by his lowest approval numbers since taking office, Mexico's President did what any Must-See-TV producer would do--hold a surprise wedding! Fox, divorced since 1991, married his press spokeswoman MARTHA SAHAGUN on the first anniversary of his election, which was also his 59th birthday.
