...defining sins of the Bush Administration are arrogance, incompetence and cynicism. I agree completely. My only question: What took him so long to arrive at this conclusion? This has been obvious to most of the rest for the world for years. The American electorate can perhaps be forgiven for electing Bush once, but repeating the mistake a second time requires talent.
