...Harvard Union was held in Sever 11 last evening. There was a large attendance and the points made were enthusiastically received. The topic for discussion was: Resolved, That the election of Wm. Jennings Bryan would be for the best interest of the United States, and the speakers were all former intercollegiate debaters. Wirt Howe L. S., and W. B. Parker '97, spoke for the affirmative, and A. M. Gayre and J. P. Warren Gr., for the negative. Parker and Sayre spoke in rebuttal. The debate was awareded to the negative and there followed some interesting speaking from the house...
