Eleven months after B. Ramalinga Raju, the former chairman of Hyderabad-based Satyam Computer Services, confessed to masterminding a $1.2 billion fraud at Indias fourth largest I.T. outsourcing company, the dirt is still tumbling out. On Nov. 24, the country's Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) released findings that show the alleged fraudulent accounting and embezzlement was far larger than originally thought. Raju and nine accomplices skimmed some $2.5 billion from the company, according to CBI investigators, funneling the money into a collection of assets and property that could make even a profligate Bollywood star blush...

(He survived.) Two years later, photographs surfaced of Silvio Sircana, chief spokesman for then-Prime Minister Romano Prodi, having a conversation with what appeared to be a transvestite prostitute on the outskirts of Rome. Sircana insisted he was not soliciting the prostitute...

Zuma: He is not a Prime Minister. He had the very specific task of helping me and the country to work out a national plan, to ask: where shall we be by this time? Where is the country going? His role is also to monitor and evaluate. The reason Trevor was appointed was because he had been minister of finance and had an understanding of the workings of all government...
